2. Scope
This policy applies to all content and behavior on Clakra, including but not limited to:
- Text prompts submitted for generation
- Images, videos, and other media uploaded as source material
- Content generated through our platform
- Account behavior, including interactions with other users
- Use of our API, website, and any related services
3. Prohibited Content and Uses
3.1 Illegal Activities
You may not use Clakra for:
- Fraud, scams, phishing, or deceptive practices
- Illegal transactions, money laundering, or financial crimes
- Evading law enforcement or violating court orders
- Cyberattacks, hacking, or distributing malware
- Any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law
3.2 Sexual Content and NSFW
Clakra strictly prohibits the generation of sexually explicit or not-safe-for-work (NSFW) content. This is particularly important for an AI image and video generation platform. Prohibited content includes:
- Pornography or sexually explicit material of any kind
- Nudity, sexual acts, or suggestive content
- Any content that sexualizes minors in any way, including suggestive, exploitative, or abusive depictions
- Content depicting or implying child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — this will result in immediate permanent termination and referral to law enforcement
- Non-consensual intimate imagery or revenge porn
3.3 Deepfakes and Impersonation
You may not:
- Create non-consensual deepfakes or synthetic media of real individuals, particularly for harassment, defamation, or misrepresentation
- Impersonate public figures, celebrities, politicians, or private individuals without their explicit consent
- Use another person's likeness (face, voice, identity) to deceive, defraud, or cause harm
- Generate content that falsely attributes statements or actions to a real person
3.4 Intellectual Property Infringement
You may not:
- Use copyrighted material, trademarks, brand logos, or protected characters without authorization
- Generate content that mimics or reproduces copyrighted works, including artwork, films, or photographs owned by others
- Upload source images or videos that you do not have the legal right to use
- Use unauthorized portraits, likenesses, or personal images of individuals
3.5 Misleading and Harmful Content
You may not use Clakra to generate:
- Political misinformation — Content designed to deceive voters, misrepresent candidates, or undermine electoral processes
- Medical misinformation — False health claims, fake medical advice, or content that could endanger public health
- Financial misinformation — Fake investment advice, market manipulation, or fraudulent financial schemes
- Legal misinformation — Fake legal documents, impersonation of legal authority, or misleading legal advice
- Hate speech, harassment, bullying, or content that incites violence against individuals or groups
- Content promoting self-harm, suicide, or dangerous activities
4. Content Moderation
Clakra may employ both automated and human review processes to detect and prevent violations of this policy. This includes:
- Automated scanning of prompts and uploaded content before generation
- Automated scanning of generated outputs for prohibited content
- Human review of flagged content when necessary
- Cooperation with third-party moderation services (such as the Creem Moderation API)
By using Clakra, you acknowledge that your prompts, uploads, and generated content may be subject to moderation at any stage of the generation process.
5. Enforcement and Consequences
If we determine that you have violated this Acceptable Use Policy, we may take one or more of the following actions at our sole discretion:
- Reject or block a generation request before processing
- Remove generated content from our servers
- Issue a warning to your account
- Temporarily suspend your account
- Permanently terminate your account
- Deny refund requests for accounts terminated due to policy violations
- Report illegal content to relevant law enforcement authorities
We reserve the right to enforce this policy at any time, including retroactively for content previously generated.
6. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- The prompts you write and the content you upload to Clakra
- The generated content you produce using our platform
- How you use, share, distribute, or publish generated content
- Ensuring your use of Clakra complies with all applicable laws, including those of your jurisdiction and the jurisdiction of any individuals depicted or affected
- Obtaining necessary permissions, licenses, or consents for any third-party material you upload or reference
Clakra provides the tool; you bear responsibility for how you use it.
7. Reporting Violations
If you encounter content on Clakra that you believe violates this policy, please report it immediately by sending an email to support@clakra.com.
Please include as much detail as possible: the content in question, why you believe it violates this policy, and any relevant URLs or task IDs. We review all reports and will take appropriate action.
8. Appeals
If you believe your account was suspended or terminated in error, you may submit an appeal by emailing support@clakra.com. Include your account email and a detailed explanation of why you believe the enforcement action was mistaken. We will review your appeal and respond within 5 business days.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a notice on our website. Continued use of Clakra after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
